We use your information to match employers with suitable domestic helpers, process work permit and MOM-related applications, communicate with you about your enquiry or placement, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed employment agency.

We may share personal data with relevant government authorities (such as MOM and ICA) as required for permit processing, with source agencies or partners involved in a placement, and with medical providers for required health screenings. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements under Singapore law.
