MOM Licensed
AJS Global Pte Ltd holds a valid Employment Agency licence issued by Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (Licence No: 17C8901). We operate fully within MOM's regulatory framework for domestic helper placements.
Transparent, Itemised Fees
We provide a full written breakdown of every fee (agency fee, MOM permit fees, medical, transport, and insurance) before you commit to anything. No surprise charges at handover.
Fair Treatment of Helpers
We do not overcharge helpers excessive placement fees. We brief every helper on their rights, rest day entitlements, and employment terms before placement, in line with MOM's FDW guidelines.
Accurate Biodata
We only share biodata that reflects the helper's actual experience and background. We do not inflate or misrepresent work history, skills, or qualifications.
12-Month Replacement Guarantee
If a placement doesn't work out within 12 months, for any genuine reason, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement. We stand behind every placement we make.
Data Privacy
Personal information collected during the placement process is used only for the purpose of matching and placement. We do not share your data with third parties without consent.

Your helper's rights, your responsibility
Under MOM regulations, every employer of a domestic helper is required to provide the following. We brief all our employers on these obligations at handover.
- ✓One rest day per week (or compensation in lieu)
- ✓Timely payment of salary, with no deductions without written agreement
- ✓Proper accommodation and meals
- ✓Medical care and insurance coverage
- ✓Freedom to contact MOM or their embassy
- ✓A copy of their employment contract
